Just two short years after opening our office at Port Annapolis Marina and the acquisition of RougeWave Yachts, we are once again expanding our reach into the Mid-Atlantic market. With a constant stream of new listings coming in and a flurry of sales, we have quickly outgrown our existing office space. To continue our growth, we are doubling our footprint. To include an additional four broker's desks, a dedicated office for our office manager and closing agent Diane Ilg, a customer welcome lounge, conference room, and private restroom facilities. The expansion will also include two dedicated offices for both the Italia Yachts and Hylas brands with models of each of the yachts, information and materials, photos of the boats in action, and unique interior designs on display to reflect the distinctive characteristics of each brand.
