Interior Accommodations
The interior of this Lagoon 400 is spacious and well-appointed offering plenty of comfortable space for the whole family to relax and enjoy their time on the water. New interior upholstery gives the space a clean modern feel and the LED lighting keeps the space warm and bright on even the rainiest of days. Large wrap around salon windows allow for ample natural light as well.
Main Salon
The Main Salon of Lorelei offers the perfect gathering space for everyone on the boat whether it’s for a meal or just to relax out of the elements. A large L-shaped settee sits next to the large Nav Station in the forward part of the Salon. Wrap around windows offer the space plenty of natural light and new curtains help create privacy in the space when desired. Ample storage can be found underneath the settee cushions.
Galley
The large galley can be found on the starboard aft corner of the main salon. The galley features plenty of usable counter space with a double sink and separate filtered water tap. A new convection oven/microwave has been installed in the corner cabinet unit and a three burner propane cooktop makes meal prep a breeze. A large isotherm fridge/freezer combo can be found under the counters. There is also abundant storage found in additional under counter cabinets.
Port Cabins
The port hull features the master cabin in the aft section complete with a queen size berth, under berth storage drawers and a large hanging locker. The ensuite head offers plenty of space and a unique composting toilet. Large porthole windows offer plenty of light and ventilation to the space.
The forward cabin in the port hull has been converted to an office space with the head serving as a laundry room complete with a Splendide combination washer/dryer unit. If an office space isn’t needed this berth could easily be transformed into a workshop or returned to an additional berth.
Starboard Cabins
The starboard hull cabins offer forward and aft staterooms both with queen berths and under berth storage drawers. The larger aft stateroom features a large hanging locker and ensuite head with electric flush toilet. The forward berth ensuite features and additional composting toilet.
*Both composting toilets on the boat are new additions by the current owner. All plumbing for the previously factory installed electric flush toilets remains and can be easily converted back.*

Hull and Deck
Hull and Deck
The Lagoon 400 is meticulously constructed, featuring a solid laminate below the waterline and a balsa core above, extending across the decks for robust durability. The hulls and decks benefit from an infusion of high-quality polyester resin, while an additional layer of vinylester resin on the hulls serves as a protective barrier against osmosis.
Safety on deck is prioritized with lifelines standing 35 inches high and triple-reinforced across the stern. Teak toerails running along the sheer lines offer reliable footing in emergency situations.
The deck's design is further enhanced by flush-mounted hatches on the waist decks, which streamline movement on board by removing obstructions, thereby preventing trips and facilitating smoother deck traffic.
- Solid Fiberglass hull below the water line with balsa core above using vacuum infusion process
- Skegs on each hull
- Twin Spade Rudders
- Mantus 65 lbs rollbar anchor w/150m of galvanized chain
- Quick DP3 1200w Windlass w/remote
- Mantus anchor bridal with Mantus chain hook
- Mantus mooring bridle
- 3 x Harken electric winches
