GET IN TOUCH WITH A BROKER
Gin Joint is a true offshore fisherman's dream boat. The Mako 333 Attack is a very worthy alternative to a Grady White or Pursuit Express. With her new (2020) Yamaha outboards (only 290 hours), a hardtop with tower helm station, a new custom canvas and Eisenglass enclosure (2020), new AC/DC refrigerator/freezer (2021), Raymarine electronics, and a recently barrier coated and bottom painted hull (2023), plus two years of transferrable factory warranty left on the outboards - this boat is ready to go. With the new Yamaha 300s, this boat can easily cruise at 28 knots (4,300 rpms) and has a top speed of 44 knots (5,600 rpms.) Just add beer, wine, ice, and fun people and you could be off to enjoy Gin Joint's next boating adventure.
On deck, Gin Joint has a large aft cockpit with port and starboard fish boxes in the deck. The boat has a centerline 350 gallon fuel tank with large access port. In the front of the cockpit is a large tackle station with large YETI cooler below.
Stepping up from the aft cockpit to the raised helm station which has been designed for comfort and 360 degree visibility while underway You can either stand or sit while driving with easy access to the throttle and shifter controls and a full suite of Raymarine electronics including GPS/Chartplotter/Radar, autopilot, VHF radio, windlass controls, Bennett trim tab controls, Fusion MS-NRX300 marine stereo, and a Yamaha engine display panel. There is a large storage compartment in the overhead above the helm station and numerous locker and storage bags throughout the boat. Opposite the helm station on the port side a an L shaped settee. The boat's batteries can be accessed opposite the L settee through a locker door.
Above the main helm station is a second station in a tuna tower for even better visibility while underway - especially when fishing. The tower helm station comes with fa Standard Horizo VHF, Binacle compass, and dual USB ports. The tower also has a new blue bimini top. The entire tower has been modified to allow it be easily disconnected and lowered for transport.
The fore deck is low profile for maximum visibility. There are 2 round hatches the provide light and ventilation to the forward cabin, 2 large cleats and chocks for dock lines and a Lewmar electric windlass. The boat comes with a Rocna Vulcan equipped with chain and 330' of anchor rode. For added safety, the bow rail extends all the way back to the helm station. A FX-16 Fortress anchor also hangs from the bow roller forward as a backup to the Rocna.
The hull was recently Interprotect barrier coated and bottom was with Navy Blue Biocop TF antifouling paint and Prospeed on the Bennett trim tabs. (2023).
Interior AccommodationsMoving down below from the helm station through the companionway its 3 easy steps to Gin Joint's forward cabin. On the starboard side of the companionway is the galley with a single stainless steel sink and faucet, a single burner stove, a new Norcold AC/DC refrigerator /freezer (2021), and ample storage cabinets. Under the galley's counter top are additional drawers and a cabinet for galley gear storage.
A battery monitor, a “SkyMate Emergency" locator device, another USB port, the Fusion stereo control panel, AC controls, and the ship’s electrical panel are also to starboard of the companionway. Overhead is an 18” round opening hatch for additional light and ventilation.
