The O'Day 40 is a racer/cruiser yacht with many innovative features. It incorporates the best of all worlds with a spacious, well-appointed, comfortable interior and safe sailing platform that will perform well all across the wind spectrum.
The interior features a beautiful main salon that is exceptionally bright, airy, and spacious, with an open layout providing ample storage and great ventilation making the boat feel even larger than it is. Two large staterooms, a forward V-berth, and a double berth stern cabin round out the interior.
The cockpit is a roomy 7 feet long. All winches are located within the cockpit, and all leads are brought back to the cockpit so the boat may be operated easily shorthanded.
The O'Day 40 is the most completely outfitted, spacious, and luxurious yacht ever presented by O'Day. You will not be disappointed if you're looking for a clean, well-maintained boat with two private cabins!
