"Circe" is a Classic Sparkman and Stephens 65 Center cockpit ketch, built by the Derecktor Shipyard in Mamaroneck, NY. Designed for offshore racing and family cruising. The last 25 + years has seen her in fresh water on the Great Lakes and it shows. Well kept by her knowledgeable owners.
Her ketch rig, furling sails and power primaries make her easily sailed and well balanced in most conditions. Her long keel with centerboards, give her a boards up draft of (6') and (14'2") boards down draft. This enables her to cruise the Bahamas and intercoastal waterways and still have excellent tracking characteristics. Her bow thruster assists in maneuvering dockside.
The interior layout is three stateroom, three head with an open airy raised saloon. Large L shaped galley with good storage
